Alright, let’s get this sorted! Before you start creating your awesome AllMysite page, we need to agree on a few ground rules. This document is the official rulebook. By creating an account or using our website, you are saying, “Yes, I agree to these rules.” If you don’t agree, then no hard feelings, but you won’t be able to use our service.
1. Your Account (Aapka Account)
You are the captain of your account. You are responsible for everything that happens on it. Since you log in with Google, your security is tied to your Google account, so please keep that safe! You must be at least 13 years old to use AllMysite.
2. Your Content (Aapka Content)
Whatever you post – your links, your bio, your blog articles – it’s all yours. We don’t claim any ownership over your brilliant content, bhai. However, by posting it on AllMysite you give us permission to display it publicly on your profile page. That’s the whole point, right?
3. The “Please Don’t Do This” List (Rules of the Road)
We want AllMysite to be a positive and safe place for everyone. So, we request you to not use our platform for any funny business. This includes:
- Illegal Stuff: Don’t post links to anything that is illegal, promotes illegal acts, or is fraudulent.
- Hate Speech & Bad Content: No ganda-ganda talk. Don’t post content that is hateful, abusive, harassing, or promotes violence against anyone.
- Spam: Don’t be that guy. No spammy links, no phishing, and no trying to trick people.
- Impersonation: Don’t pretend to be Shah Rukh Khan unless you actually are Shah Rukh Khan. Impersonating others is not allowed.
- Copyright Violation: Please respect other people’s hard work. Only post content and links that you have the right to share.
If we find anyone breaking these rules, we reserve the right to remove the content or even suspend or delete the account.
4. Monetization with AdSense
Want to earn some pocket money from your page? Great! We offer you the platform to request AdSense monetization. Please understand that this feature is provided by Google. By using it, you agree to follow all of Google AdSense’s terms, conditions, and policies. We are just the middlemen here; your agreement is with Google. We can’t be held responsible if Google disapproves your request or if there are issues with your AdSense account.
5. Termination (Ending the Journey)
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We would be sad to see you go, but we understand. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our terms or misuse the service.
6. The “Lawyer Talk” Section (Please Read Carefully)
Okay, time for some serious stuff. We provide our service on an “as is” basis. We work very hard to make sure everything is running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will be perfect 100% of the time. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or any other damages that might happen from you using our service.
7. Governing Law
We are a proud Indian company. Any disputes or legal issues that may arise will be handled under the laws of India, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
